Job summary

Patria invites a seasoned VP of IR & Client Service to manage a defined book of US-domiciled investors, leveraging deep GPMS product knowledge to deliver high-quality updates and sophisticated investor communications.

You will work closely with the Head of GPMS IR, Investment & Portfolio Management teams, and the Sales group to ensure timely, accurate reporting and exceptional client service across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in investor relations, client service, or a related function within private equity, private markets, or alternative asset management.
• Experience at a PE fund of funds, secondary fund, or multi-manager platform is desired; direct PE experience in an IR-adjacent role also considered.
• Strong command of PE fund mechanics (fund structures, NAV reporting, CAS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for client interactions connected to GPMS portfolio.
• Lead the preparation of investor updates covering fund performance, deal activity, and exits.
• Translate complex investment content into clear and compelling client communications.
• Oversee the preparation of client-facing materials (quarterly reports, CAS, and ad hoc presentations).
