Apogem Capital is seeking a VP to drive investor relations and capital formation across the GP Stakes strategy. You will craft polished investor materials, manage cross-functional processes, and engage with internal teams, partner GPs, LPs, and placement agents.

You will also monitor portfolio performance, support fundraising campaigns, and help optimize CRM systems and data rooms. This role blends analysis with market-facing communication in a hybrid Chicago or NYC setting.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in investor relations or private markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for investor materials.
• Experience with fundraising, DDQs, LP communications, and investor meetings.
• Commercial mindset with cross-functional collaboration across investment teams, LPs, consultants, and GP management teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day production of investor materials (DDQs, data requests, fact sheets, updates).
• Build and maintain GP Stakes portfolio knowledge, KPIs, and fund-level performance data.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and data room workflows.
• Develop playbooks and templates to enhance capital formation and investor engagement.
• Partner with IR, Distribution, Marketing, and placement agents to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support quarterly portfolio reporting, valuations, and diligence processes.
