Job summary

Brookfield Private Wealth seeks a Vice President to lead investor servicing for perpetual product strategies. You will serve as a senior liaison to wealth advisors, clients, and internal teams, driving process excellence and scalable solutions across a global investor base.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely NAV reporting and investor communications, while mentoring junior staff and advancing fundraising objectives across real estate and related

Qualifications

Post graduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline.
10+ years of fundraising for private fund strategies or investments.
Understanding LP landscape and investor types across key regions.
Strong internal/external communication and stakeholder management.
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or private equity asset classes preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end investor servicing for the perpetual product suite across multiple channels.
Serve as a senior point of contact for wealth advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Develop scalable investor servicing protocols and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with Distribution, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to enable seamless execution.
Mentor junior team members and manage relationships with third-party service providers.
Oversee investor communications, including NAV delivery and reporting.
Identify operational gaps and implement efficient solutions.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to refine investor-facing materials.
Contribute to strategic planning for growth of the perpetual product platform across regions.
