Qualifications

10+ years in investment operations with portfolio experience.
Experience with institutional/private clients and varied service models.

Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Lead the US Private Client PIM function, setting direction for team priorities, practices, and service consistency.
Serve as senior SME and escalation point for complex portfolio implementation issues.
Demonstrate mastery of middle-office functions and CA applications, including trade management and workflows.
Anticipate client nuances, operational requirements, and trade-related complexities.
Lead process improvements to enhance the trade implementation platform and service models.
Drive solutions independently across the platform and mentor others.
