Citigroup Inc. in New York is seeking an Investment Solutions Oversight leader within the Wealth Investment Solutions organization to oversee the current inventory of products, guide strategy, and own first-line risk across investment platforms.

The role collaborates with product management, sales leadership, 2LoD partners, and key stakeholders to assess risks arising from business and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment product strategy or risk governance.
• Familiarity with investment regulation and retirement products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with 2LoD partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, enhancements, and development to align with evolving regulatory landscapes and business priorities
• Strengthen first-line risk ownership across Citi Wealth by establishing, enhancing, and simplifying frameworks spanning product governance, sales practices, fiduciary, retirement, and client suitability
• Drive significant enhancements across policies, procedures, and controls supporting Investment Solutions
• Partner with Supervision, Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to prioritize deliverables, resolve obstacles, and align strategic objectives
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
