Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader for Wealth Investment Planning, Business Process Optimization and Value Assurance in New York. This role reports to the Wealth COO and drives tech-enabled priorities across Wealth, Controls, Operations and Technology, coordinating with enterprise partners.

The candidate will shape book-of-work prioritization, govern investments, and track ROI within a global matrixed organization, delivering end-to-end value through disciplined program management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in Financial Services with 5+ years in Technology or Digital Strategy, leading transformations.
• Experience at the intersection of Business and Technology translating priorities into investment and delivery plans.
• Lean Agile frameworks and complex Agile projects with hands-on product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead Investment Planning operating processes, shaping prioritization across competing initiatives tied to strategy and value.
• Define scoping, prioritization and business case development with emphasis on ROI and value creation.
• Operationalize agile intake gates, prioritization, and resource allocation for optimal deployment.
• Run governance processes to ensure delivery against commitments and disciplined investment.
• Track ROI through governance forums, regular reviews, and spend analyses with intervention triggers.
• Maintain an integrated blueprint of capabilities and roadmap; analyze landscape for investment opportunities.
• Lead discovery and mapping to document as-is and to-be processes; ensure centralized process repositories.
