Job summary

Citi Wealth Studio seeks a Director to lead Portfolio Solutions, interfacing the CIO organization with the Labs teams to design an advanced portfolio construction framework that enhances advisor capabilities and client outcomes.

The Director will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of investment products, coordinate across product, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure regulatory and suitability standards, and drive platform-scale delivery of proposals from the home office to the field with

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and program management skills
• Experience designing investment platforms or wealth-management workflows
• Familiarity with GenAI-enabled tooling in finance

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Solutions for Citi Wealth Studio and align CIO with Labs teams
• Design and implement a portfolio construction framework and guided workflows
• Oversee the Product Master lifecycle across funds, SMAs, and alternatives
• Coordinate with product, operations, risk and compliance to meet standards
• Drive home office to field handoffs and proposal execution with automated support
