Job summary

Citi is seeking an Investment Solutions Oversight leader in New York to guide product strategy, governance, and first-line risk ownership across wealth investment products. You will collaborate with product management, sales, 2LoD partners, and key stakeholders to monitor product inventory and respond to regulatory changes.

This full-time role requires FINRA licenses, deep knowledge of investment products and regulations, and strong communication, analysis, and decision-making skills to align

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66).
• Knowledge of investment products, governance, suitability, and retirement products.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps and regulatory-aligned priorities.
• Strengthen first-line risk ownership across Citi Wealth with governance and client-fidelity frameworks.
• Drive enhancements across policies, procedures, and controls within Investment Solutions.
• Collaborate with Supervision, Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to prioritize deliverables and resolve obstacles.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi’s reputation, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
