Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle of Controls Technology platforms across our global financial enterprise. You will translate business problems into scalable, compliant products, working with risk, compliance, architecture, and engineering teams to define the “Why” and “What” behind investments.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in technology and product delivery in global financial services or fintech environments.
4 years as a dedicated Product Manager owning strategy, roadmap execution, and governance.
Deep functional expertise in Risk & Controls, Operational Risk, governance, compliance, or financial auditing systems.
Strong architectural fluency and ability to engage with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native infra.
Leadership and communications with ability to influence across global organizations.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Controls Technology platforms.
Drive strategic prioritization balancing regulatory commitments, feature requests, tech debt, and modernization.
Own full product lifecycle from discovery to decommissioning and modernization.
Mentor Product Owners and align backlogs to roadmaps and milestones.
Collaborate with executives, risk committees, and audit bodies; ensure governance and value realization.
Integrate AI and modern tech to reduce manual control execution and improve analytics.
