Job summary

Citi Ventures, the strategic investing and innovation arm of Citi, is seeking an SVP to join the Investor Operations team in New York. The role focuses on senior-level performance management, governance coordination, and driving operational excellence across venture investing activities.

You will work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to standardize processes and deliver meaningful portfolio outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to develop presentations.

Responsibilities

• Compose senior business performance management updates and leadership materials for committees.
• Support Citi Ventures governance and coordination for quarterly meetings.
• Scale CRM and Investment Workflow tool usage; drive process improvements.
• Represent Citi Ventures in leadership and control forums and align priorities.
• Develop and maintain KPI scorecards and performance tracking.
