Citi in New York, NY is seeking an Investment Advisory Discretionary Solutions Manager to lead and optimize discretionary programs for Citi Wealth Advisory teams. You will oversee strategy reviews, governance, and risk controls while coordinating with Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance to drive program enhancements.

You should bring deep investment knowledge, proven project delivery, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment advisory or wealth management.
• Change leadership with ability to execute in ambiguous environments.
• Vision for transforming Citi Wealth Investment Advisory Programs and industry trends.
• Experience delivering high-profile programs and projects.
• Advanced understanding of equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Polished written and verbal communication to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Effective under pressure and accountable for outcomes.
• Ability to challenge FAs and other stakeholders when appropriate.
• Experience using portfolio analytics tools such as BlackRock Aladdin Wealth, Morningstar Direct and Bloomberg.
• Experience with Financial Advisors/Investors in discretionary programs.
• Collaborative approach across multiple teams and organizations.
• Respectful leadership aligned with common purpose.
• Balance strategic thinking with process-oriented execution and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team responsible for qualifying FAs for Discretionary Programs and reviewing strategies.
• Chair governance meetings and prepare minutes for discretionary program reviews.
• Drive progress with Technology, Performance, Legal, Risk, Compliance and others.
• Serve as SME for program offerings and deliver education sessions to audiences.
• Evolve strategic vision to ensure robust oversight while supporting FA discretion.
• Build-out risk management, performance flagging and governance tools.
• Write business requirements and conduct UAT testing for projects.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the Investment Solutions team.
