Job summary

You will build robust pipelines, engage passive candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with senior leadership to deliver top talent across M&A, capital markets, and advisory functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience focused on investment banking or financial services.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Proven track record closing difficult searches in a competitive market.
• Deep understanding of IB roles, career paths, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-caliber lateral candidates across multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview processes and assess candidate fit.
• Close offers and manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve time-to-fill.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding.
