• 3–5 years of recruiting experience focused on investment banking, financial services, or professional services.
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates.
• Proven success closing difficult searches in a competitive market.
• Deep understanding of investment banking roles, career trajectories, and required skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify high-caliber lateral candidates through LinkedIn, events, associations, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of investment banking professionals across levels.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interview coordination, offers, and closure while delivering a great candidate experience.
• Assess candidates' technical deal experience, cultural fit, and alignment with firm values.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires smoothly and drive retention.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
