Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a Vice President in Professional Recruitment to lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for investment teams and to represent the firm with candidates and external partners. You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with HR and Compensation to structure compelling offers, and drive talent acquisition in a fast-paced private equity environment.

This role requires 8+ years of experience, deep knowledge of asset management compensation, and exceptional

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in an investment-focused environment or staffing firm supporting financial services clients
• Familiarity with compensation structures within the asset management industry, and experience developing complex offer proposals
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, associations, referrals, internal mobility, social media)
• Proficiency with recruiting technology including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Outlook, web platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing an innovative and effective recruiting strategy to meet organization talent needs
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and assessing highly qualified candidates
• Identifying and attracting top-tier investment talent through diverse sources
• Becoming a subject matter expert on market trends and best practices in recruitment
• Collaborating with HR and Compensation to structure competitive offer packages
• Maintaining strong relationships with search firms and internal stakeholders
