Job summary

AlixPartners is seeking a Senior Investigations, Compliance & Privacy professional to join our Risk Advisory team in the United States. You will apply accounting, financial and data analysis expertise to assist clients with complex issues, including GAAP/IFRS reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley/FCPA compliance.

Travel is involved and the hybrid model combines client-site or office work with remote work. A CPA and 4+ years of experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional certification and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or related; Master’s is desirable.
• CPA certification required.
• Pursuit of CFA or CFE viewed favorably.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently with an entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support investigations by applying accounting, financial and data analysis expertise.
• Assess complex financial transactions for GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Prepare expert reports and presentations for clients.
• Create and manage large data sets for analysis.
• Develop financial models and projections.
• Review audit working papers for compliance with standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues.
