AlixPartners seeks a Director for its Risk Advisory practice to lead complex financial crimes investigations and advise on fraud risk, compliance, and institutional integrity. The role requires senior leadership with experience across in‑house risk, consulting, and possibly federal enforcement, managing multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ten years of relevant investigations and compliance leadership.
• Deep knowledge of financial crime areas including money laundering, sanctions, securities enforcement.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional matters and executive communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BSA/AML, OFAC, and FCPA risk assessments and compliance implementations.
• Act as interim CCO/BSA Officer for clients as needed.
• Direct complex investigations and distill findings into litigation-ready exhibits.
• Coordinate with regulators, prosecutors, and external counsel.
• Build and coach multidisciplinary investigative teams; manage budgets and timelines.
