Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or related.
• Master’s degree desirable.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of four years’ work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and perform detailed financial analysis for litigation damages or valuation.
• Develop projections and forecasts.
• Create financial models (DCF etc.).
• Analyze transactions for fraud and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Review audit working papers for standards compliance.
• Draft reports and client presentations.
• Create and manage large data sets.
• Apply statistical analysis.
• Prepare presentation materials.
• Quality control of work product.
• Organize documents for litigation and valuation reports.
