AlixPartners is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Investigations, Compliance & Privacy practice within Risk Advisory in a hybrid work environment in the United States. The role emphasizes GAAP/IFRS analysis, financial modeling, and reporting for complex transactions.

Requirements include a CPA, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least four years of experience. Travel is involved with client work and projects across teams for diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or related; Master’s is desirable.
• Minimum of four years' work experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant certification required.
• Pursuit of additional professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFE) viewed favorably.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to build financial models and cash flow analyses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support investigations, compliance and privacy practice within Risk Advisory.
• Assess complex financial transactions for GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Prepare expert reports and client presentations.
• Create and manage large data sets and run statistical analyses.
• Develop and assess projections and forecasts, including DCF models.
• Review audit working papers for standards compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues across teams to deliver findings.
