Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Product Management, Intelligent Data Layer to own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data products, semantic models, and retrieval capabilities across AI applications.

You will lead a team of product managers, partnering with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end use cases from source data to application consumption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant product management experience, including enterprise data products and production AI capabilities.
• Experience leading product teams across engineering, data science, and business organizations.
• Experience taking data or retrieval products into production with multiple consumers.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the Intelligent Data Layer product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investments.
• Lead development and lifecycle management of reusable data products for AI applications.
• Establish semantic-layer capabilities translating business definitions into reusable data models and metrics.
• Lead knowledge and retrieval product capabilities, including enterprise search, knowledge graphs, and RAG.
