Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Product Manager for Business Management Reporting in the United States. This role leads the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of BI and AI-enabled insights to support firm growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Product Owners, Data, Technology, UX, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes, governance, and executive communications, ensuring scalable enterprise platforms and impactful business management experiences.

Qualifications

• Background in wealth management or data-intensive environments.
• 7+ years of product management within data, analytics, BI, or enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years developing product strategy and roadmaps for BI, analytics, or reporting platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with data engineering or data platform teams on data pipelines and semantic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Business Management Reporting.
• Prioritize investments and align with enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI, Technology, UX, and Business teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into roadmap initiatives, epics, and measurable outcomes.
