Qualifications

• Background in wealth management or data-intensive environments.
• 7+ years of product management experience within data, analytics, BI, reporting, or enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of strategy and roadmap development for BI, analytics, reporting, or business management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with data engineering or data platform teams on data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with technology, data, UX, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BMR product vision focusing on scalable capabilities and AI-enabled insights.
• Evolve the BMR roadmap by prioritizing initiatives that advance analytics and enterprise platforms.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and investment rationales aligned with priorities.
• Drive alignment across Product, Data, Technology, UX, and Business teams.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities and intelligent automation into experiences.
• Translate strategic objectives into roadmap epics and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure governance processes and transparent operating rhythms across initiatives.
• Monitor adoption, outcomes, and opportunities for optimization.
