Job summary

LPL Financial seeks an Assistant Vice President, Consumption Management Product Owner to define the enterprise AI consumption platform. You will translate business needs into product capabilities, dashboards, and actionable insights, partnering with Finance, governance, and data teams from initial delivery through scale.

This role focuses on cost attribution, reporting, and financial accountability, guiding adoption and rollout while ensuring measurable outcomes across budgets and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership in enterprise software.
• Experience translating complex business processes into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with software development lifecycles and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with generative AI or AI-enabled software in enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for the Consumption Management platform.
• Translate needs into personas, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and requirements.
• Define and evolve reporting for AI consumption, including costs, token usage, budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with Finance, engineering, data, AI platform teams, governance, and Risk to shape ingestion, attribution, and reporting.
• Lead dashboard release readiness with data quality checks, reconciliation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage backlog with trade-offs to improve cost transparency and financial accountability.
• Define enablement and reporting to help stakeholders understand AI consumption and decisions.
