Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex capital projects across varied sectors.
• Proven track record delivering $50M+ projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in safety-first, high-stakes delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ENFRA ISD projects to time, budget, and performance targets.
• Oversee development of Project Execution Plans (PEP) and readiness activities.
• Manage client relationships, governance, and risk across the project portfolio.
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial targets are achieved throughout delivery.
