Job summary

ENFRA, a leader in energy infrastructure, seeks a seasoned Vice President, ISD Projects to drive delivery of complex Energy as a Service programs. You will oversee a high-performing team, align projects with enterprise strategy, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance with measurable energy savings.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage safety, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder engagement, delivering value for clients and shareholders in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex capital projects.
• Experience delivering $50M+ projects across full lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture; professional certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project execution with ENFRA’s Four Pillars (Safety, Energy Savings, Client Experience, Shareholder Outcomes).
• Develop and own the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and ensure alignment across scope, schedule, risk, and commissioning.
• Oversee safety programs, critical lifts, shutdowns, and turnover with proper engineering and documentation.
• Ensure ECMs are engineered, commissioned, and track energy savings targets.
• Manage client relationships and cross-functional teams to deliver value.
