Job summary

Penguin Solutions, headquartered in Silicon Valley, seeks a Vice President of Product Management for Integrated Memory to define strategy, lead execution, and drive growth across memory modules, SSDs, and CXL-enabled solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance to align roadmaps with market needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in the high-tech industry with leadership at Director or VP level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and delivering memory/storage products end‑to‑end.
• Strong familiarity with DRAM/NAND markets, server platforms, OEM cycles, and supply-chain planning; experience with CXL/PCIe desirable.
• Experience with integrated hardware, firmware, software, and management solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale global product management teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven portfolio decisions.
• Exceptional executive communication skills to articulate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year strategy and product vision for the Integrated Memory portfolio.
• Align portfolio investments and roadmaps with business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from market assessment to revenue ramp and lifecycle optimization.
• Establish priorities and investment strategies balancing demand, trends, and resources.
• Lead collaboration between Product Management and Engineering for differentiated solutions.
• Monitor and drive portfolio metrics like revenue growth, margin, and design wins.
• Build executive relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and strategic customers.
• Guide pricing, market positioning, and long-range planning with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global Product Management organization.
