Job summary

Penguin Solutions in Newark, CA, is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Integrated Memory to lead strategy and growth across memory modules, SSDs, CXL add-in cards, and advanced memory technologies for AI datacenters and enterprise infra.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate customer needs into differentiated hardware, firmware, software, and management solutions, while building a high-performing global PM team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in high-tech industry
• Leadership at Director or VP level
• Proven track record delivering memory and storage products end-to-end
• Strong familiarity with DRAM and NAND markets and server platforms
• Experience with CXL, PCIe, memory pooling or composable infra
• Experience with integrated hardware, firmware, software and management solutions
• Ability to lead and scale global PM teams and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Integrated Memory portfolio
• Align portfolio investments with business objectives and customer needs
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from market assessment to lifecycle optimization
• Lead collaboration between Product Management and Engineering
• Establish portfolio priorities and investment strategies
• Drive accountability for revenue, gross margin, design wins, and adoption
• Build executive relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, partners, and customers
• Guide strategy using market, competitive, technology and supply-chain insights
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance
• Build and develop a high-performing global Product Management organization
• Foster a culture of innovation, urgency, data-driven decision making
