Job summary

Penguin Solutions, the AI Factory Platform Company, seeks a Vice President of Product Management – Integrated Memory to drive strategy, roadmap, and growth for memory modules, SSDs, CXL expansion, and advanced memory technologies.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance to translate customer needs into differentiated hardware, firmware, software, and management solutions, while leading a global PM team to deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in high-tech with leadership at Director or VP level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Experience with memory and storage products, CXL, PCIe, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year strategy and product vision for the Integrated Memory portfolio (DRAM, SSD, CXL expansion, and advanced memory technologies).
• Align investments, roadmaps, and priorities with business objectives and market trends.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from market assessment to revenue ramp and lifecycle optimization.
• Build and coach a global Product Management organization and drive cross-functional collaboration.
