The role partners with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and executive stakeholders to translate customer needs into differentiated products, drive roadmap discipline, and achieve commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in the high-tech industry, with leadership at the Director or VP level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and delivering complex memory and storage products from concept to revenue ramp.
• Strong familiarity with DRAM and NAND markets, server platforms, OEM cycles, and supply-chain-driven product planning; experience with CXL, PCIe, memory pooling, or composable infrastructure is desirable.
• Experience with integrated hardware, firmware, software, and management solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale global product management teams and influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year strategy and product vision for the Integrated Memory portfolio, including DRAM modules, SSDs, CXL expansion, and advanced memory technologies.
• Align portfolio investments, roadmaps, and market priorities with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: market assessment, business case development, product definition, launch planning, qualification, revenue ramp, and lifecycle optimization.
• Establish portfolio priorities and investment strategies balancing customer demand, market trends, tech readiness, resources, and business goals.
• Lead collaboration between Product Management and Engineering to deliver differentiated hardware, firmware, software, management, and validation capabilities.
• Establish and drive accountability for key metrics: revenue growth, gross margin, design wins, qualification milestones, roadmap execution, and adoption.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and strategic customers to identify opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Lead evaluation of customer, competitive, technology, and supply-chain intelligence to guide portfolio strategy and pricing direction.
• Be a key member of Integrated Memory leadership, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Product Management organization.
• Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, urgency, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined portfolio management.
