Job summary

Covenant House International is seeking a visionary Vice President, Program (Behavioral Health) to lead and scale evidence-based behavioral health services for youth across the Covenant House federation. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Program and aligns with the Journey Home roadmap.

You will drive program development, ensure quality of care, and build partnerships with sites and providers while mentoring teams to achieve better outcomes for youth facing homelessness.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
• 10-15 years of program leadership experience in behavioral health, preferably in youth homeless services.
• Experience providing system-level leadership and partnerships across sites or external providers.
• Spanish fluency is preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral health program development and oversight across the federation.
• Develop partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services for youth.
• Guide implementation of risk assessment and safety planning protocols.
• Mentor site clinicians and staff in evidence-based therapies.
• Collaborate with site leaders to align with Journey Home roadmap.
