Job summary

HeartShare seeks a Vice President of Integrated Health Services to lead medical, behavioral health, and integrated care across the agency. You will ensure regulatory compliance (Article 31, 29‑I, Medicaid), oversee billing and revenue cycle, and partner with Medicaid Managed Care to strengthen payer relationships.

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director/ Chief Program Officer, you will shape strategy, drive quality and efficiency, and advance HeartShare's mission to deliver high‑quality care

Qualifications

• MSW or higher required with licensure preferred; LMSW preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive management experience in clinical/behavioral health or integrated health settings.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Article 31, 29-I, CFTSS, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for medical, behavioral health, and integrated care programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, and quality assurance.
• Oversee billing, revenue cycle, and payer relationships to ensure financial sustainability.
• Engage with Medicaid Managed Care and other regulators; represent the agency with key bodies.
• Drive strategic initiatives, program innovation, and operational efficiency across services.
