Job summary

Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC seeks an Insurance Strategist to lead strategic sales and product development for insurance clients in the U.S. and globally. You will collaborate with investment teams to tailor solutions for life, P&C, health, and multi-line insurers while expanding partnerships.

You’ll engage with CIOs/CFOs, contribute to thought leadership, and travel up to 20-40% to maturate relationships and opportunities across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/ CFA/ FSA/ CAIA preferred.
• Five+ years of insurance GA asset management experience or working with insurers.
• Strong investment, regulatory, and insurance knowledge applicable to client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative portfolio solutions for insurers across investment strategies.
• Provide asset allocation advice and market updates to clients and prospects.
• Analyze portfolios, asset classes, and regulatory considerations for insurance portfolios.
• Identify product and platform focus areas for client solutions tied to insurer needs.
• Support client meetings with expert insights to advance opportunities with insurers.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance clients and prospects globally.
