Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks an experienced Life Insurance product strategist to advise clients on optimal life policies and annuity solutions. You will design, analyze, and position strategies that align with client goals.

You will collaborate with RIAs, P&C and employee benefits professionals, CPA and law firms, as well as private equity groups, delivering world-class insurance and risk management consulting across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-three years of related experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Experience in insurance and financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in life portfolio types (UL, IUL, VUL, Term, WL).
• Knowledge of life product illustration systems and FINRA considerations.
• Working knowledge of insurance industry software and CRM tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving, client service, and communication skills.
• Proven track record with cross-training and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience in client support, portfolio management, or paraplanner roles.
• Diplomacy and strong business acumen with proven influence in processes.
• Advanced computer skills; proficient in AI and Claude, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workflow under changing priorities.
• Demonstrated client-focused approach and proactive communication.
• Awareness of carrier product information and rate changes.

Responsibilities

• Support key external and internal clients.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects and deliverables.
• Guide strategy and execution with advisors and partners.
• Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and goals.
• Analyze life insurance policies to determine best fit for clients.
• Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance and annuity solutions.
• Assist with policy applications, management, and adjustments.
• Educate clients on benefits and features of policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with advisors to integrate solutions into plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
• Understand life products across UL, IUL, VUL, Term, WL.
