Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss client and advisor needs and sell life, long-term care, and disability income insurance through the Financial Institutions channel. A current 6/63 FINRA registration and agent-of-record experience are required.

The position will be fully remote. Responsibilities include guiding clients through discovery, presenting insurance solutions, managing sales activity, and shepherding cases through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience in the field or 3+ years inside sales helping agents sell life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients and advisors to identify needs and gaps; articulate solutions including life, LTC, and DI insurance.
• Manage daily activities and drive sales activity and pending business.
• Handle incoming calls from referrals and pre-set client/advisor calls.
• Complete insurance applications and shepherd cases through underwriting.
• Explain product differences and advantages to clients and advisors.
• Close sales toward product purchase and discuss estate planning basics.
