Vice President - Institutional Equity Sales

Summary:

Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a member of Osaic, is seeking a Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales. The successful candidate will be a key member of Ladenburg's Institutional Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices) to market the firm's equity transactions.
  • Provide corporate access to investors.
  • Coordinate and book roadshows.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and prospects regarding equity markets and firm research.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, conduct rules, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel and socialize with clients.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including all standard Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationships.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of institutional sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
