Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Equity Research Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our equity research products and services to institutional clients. You will work closely with our research analysts to understand the unique value of our research and effectively communicate this to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Present our equity research products and services to potential clients, highlighting the unique insights and value they provide.
• Collaborate with research analysts to stay informed about the latest research and market trends.
• Provide feedback from clients to research analysts to help shape future research products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5-15+ years of experience in equity research sales or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
