Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of investment industry experience.
• Institutional client and relationship management experience.
• Experience with investment policy statements (IPS).
• Knowledge of third-party investment manager databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new institutional client relationships.
• Coordinate account opening, custody, documentation, IPS development, and funding activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Develop and maintain client facing materials articulating firm and SCM capabilities.
• Attend prospect meetings and deliver market and IPS-related insights.
• Complete RFPs for new business and build a database of responses.
• Expand client base to BD, RIA, TAMP and other platforms.
