Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Vice President, Institutional Asset Management to lead onboarding, servicing, and expansion of institutional client relationships.

You will oversee client implementation, IPS development, portfolio reviews, and collaboration with portfolio managers to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience. The role involves developing client-facing materials, participating in prospect meetings, RFP responses, and building strong referral partnerships across Stifel.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum required: 10+ years of investment industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new institutional client relationships.
• Coordinate account opening, custody, documentation, IPS development, and funding activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to ensure effective referral management and client service.
