Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a senior leader to work with the Head of Institutional Client Group and leadership team to develop and execute business strategy aligned with Asset Management goals. The role spans multiple FI groups to achieve sales and financial targets.

Candidates should bring 10+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong consultative, analytical, and leadership skills. Series 7/63/24 are desirable but not required; onsite collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in sales, service, client management, project/program management, marketing, or financial services.
• Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration across management levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment.
• Knowledge of FIAM/FAMS product line preferred but not required.
• Series 7, 63, 24 desired but not required.
