Stifel, Incorporated is seeking a Vice President, Institutional Asset Management to lead onboarding, IPS development, and client reviews for institutional relationships. You will coordinate funding, documentation, and RFPs, while building strong partnerships across Venture Banking, Public Finance, and Fixed Income.

The role offers growth as the platform expands to third-party platforms and consultants. You will work with portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client

Qualificações

• Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum required: 10+ years of investment industry experience.
• Experience with institutional client and relationship management.
• Knowledge of investment policy statements (IPS).
• Knowledge of third-party investment manager databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new institutional client relationships.
• Coordinate account opening, custody, documentation, IPS development, and funding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders for seamless client experience.
• Develop partnerships across business units to ensure referral management and client service.
• Create, review, and revise investment policy statements.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers on client accounts.
• Create and deliver performance reports.
• Attend prospect meetings to articulate Stifel SCM’s value and services.
• Attend client meetings to discuss IPS and investment objectives with clients.
• Complete RFPs and build a database of responses.
• Develop client-facing materials and expand to BD, RIA, TAMP platforms.
