Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team in New York. You will own, develop, and maintain the structured investments ecosystem on the platform for major clients, including banks and RIAs, across the United States.

You will manage issuer relationships, translate partner needs into platform enhancements with Product and Engineering, and deliver data-driven insights. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to advance the strategic agenda of Structured

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets.
• Experience with structured products is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, coordinating meetings, check-ins, events, and responding to partner questions.
• Help maintain and grow existing partnerships and support onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
• Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning projects and partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver.
• Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for partners and internal stakeholders using data and analysis to inform decisions.
• Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to generate reports and surface insights with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm—Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance—to deliver a robust platform solution and drive process improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.
