Primerica in Duluth, GA is seeking an AVP ISP Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across Securities Operations. You will oversee a team of about 8, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage fraud response and third-party reviews.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, securities licenses, and deep risk management knowledge. Hybrid work in Duluth, GA, with a salary range of $120k–$140k and a strong focus on process improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in securities operations.
• Securities licenses (Series 6/26 or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of risk management and QA testing methodologies.
• Ability to oversee BA testing and third-party onsite reviews.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed of regulatory changes and maintain ISP risk matrix and risk register.
• Oversee BA testing procedures and third-party onsite reviews with data-driven approach.
• Coordinate with Compliance for Monitoring & Testing results and remediation tracking.
• Lead the ISP Fraud Operations Program with incident response collaboration.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal and Compliance to assess changes affecting risk.
