Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, business, or related field.
• Experience managing global teams and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Experience with cloud transformation and modern Azure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for infrastructure services and DevOps.
• Develop procedures, maintain docs and improve operations.
• Lead resource management and performance coaching.
• Ensure ITIL practices, risk and security alignment.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and service providers.
