Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, IMNI Field CTO to lead carrier-grade infrastructure strategy from a remote setup. You will shape long-term technical vision, advise senior stakeholders, and guide multi-vendor networking and cloud initiatives with telecom service providers.

You will interact with CTOs and executives to translate networking depth into strategic wins, driving architecture decisions and field leadership across large, complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in telecommunications or related leadership roles.
• Significant customer-facing and executive advisory experience.
• Deep expertise in carrier-grade infrastructure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of IP routing and transport protocols.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a VP, IMNI Field CTO to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This remote leadership role will shape carrier-grade infrastructure strategy, guide technical vision, and serve as a senior technical voice with telecom and service provider customers. The position partners closely with executive stakeholders, sales teams, partners, and technical teams to influence strategic pursuits and architecture decisions. It is well suited for a highly credible technology leader who can translate deep networking expertise into commercial impact and trusted customer advisory.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define the carrier-grade infrastructure strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs and senior stakeholders

Qualifications
