Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, IMNI Field CTO to lead carrier-grade infrastructure strategy from a remote setup. You will shape long-term technical vision, advise senior stakeholders, and guide multi-vendor networking and cloud initiatives with telecom service providers.

You will interact with CTOs and executives to translate networking depth into strategic wins, driving architecture decisions and field leadership across large, complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in telecommunications or related leadership roles.
• Significant customer-facing and executive advisory experience.
• Deep expertise in carrier-grade infrastructure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of IP routing and transport protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define the carrier-grade infrastructure strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs and senior stakeholders.
• Lead assessments and define target-state architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across networking technologies.
• Advise on 4G/5G core and cloud infrastructure.
• Own technical aspects of strategic pursuits and proposals.
• Build strategic relationships with partners and guide technical teams.
