Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Warrendale, PA seeks a Vice President for ICS New Plant Delivery to lead the global I&C portfolio and ensure successful delivery across APx programs. You will own the P&L, align scope with schedule, and manage governance in a matrix organization.

The role requires senior leadership with AP1000 experience, ability to coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively senior leadership experience in nuclear, complex engineered products, EPC, defense, or another highly regulated industry.
• Executive portfolio and P&L leadership; large-project delivery; governance; forecasting and cost control; nuclear safety.
• Direct AP1000 experience strongly preferred; nuclear I&C execution knowledge; regulators and utilities exposure.
• Ability to travel periodically to customer sites, domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leader for the global ICS New Plant Delivery portfolio and deliver commitments for safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost, revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash, and customer performance.
• Lead the New Plant ICS Delivery organization, including portfolio, program and project leadership, project controls, operational excellence, and delivery governance roles.
• Establish the portfolio delivery strategy, management operating system, decision rights, escalation protocols, scorecards, and review cadence.
• Provide executive oversight of all APx new plant I&C programs from offer to closeout, including AP1000, OPR1000, and future deployments.
• Own full portfolio P&L performance, including forecasts, EAC, cash and milestone performance, and risk management.
• Ensure each program has integrated schedule, resource plans, procurement/manufacturing plans, and current risk registers.
• Partner with ICEM to define commitments and recovery actions; ICS New Plant Delivery owns the portfolio outcome.
• Collaborate with ICS Global Product Management to align product strategy and standardization with fleet execution.
• Support development of I&C scope in overall plant offers and ensure executable scope and cost assumptions before contracts.
