Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, launch, and execution of I&C scope for AP1000 new build opportunities within the Operating Plants Business Unit. You will guide project teams of up to 15 people, including project managers and project controls, reporting to the I&C Project Director for VC Summer.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular on-site collaboration and 10–20% travel, emphasizing sound project

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management or controls experience in nuclear/technical/construction
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• PMI certification or equivalent project management certification, completed or in progress; project controls certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support business development by participating in the project execution contract development process
• Complete planning, develop scope, schedule, and cost baselines
• Provide guidance to PMs, project engineers, and support personnel throughout the program
• Interpret, transmit, and lead project and contract requirements through change management
• Follow department protocols to assemble the project team
• Lead and facilitate communication among team members, customer, and external vendors
