Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Director, Project Portfolio of Americas ICS to lead a large portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction while growing the project management team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Americas ICS, this hybrid role will drive governance, budgeting, risk management, and collaboration with PMO and tendering teams to deliver complex engineering, procurement, and construction

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in project management leading complex engineering, procurement and construction projects.
• Experience in I&C or nuclear projects highly desired.
• PMI-BOK / PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic directions to project management personnel to ensure compliance with all contractual commitments and improve profitability.
• Develop and implement formal project management processes to improve performance and execution.
• Lead development of a structured development program for PM/PMO personnel.
• Lead governance program with regular project reviews across ICS Americas.
• Create and maintain a financial management framework for ICS Americas, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with OPX PMO to drive operational excellence in delivering Americas ICS projects.
• Support Americas ICS tendering and sales to formulate execution strategies, schedules, and cost-estimates for new projects.
