Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks an Sr. Director for Poland I&C Delivery to lead end-to-end I&C scope across Units 1–3 with full P&L accountability.

You will manage design input capture, engineering, software development, procurement, manufacturing, testing, site installation and commissioning, coordinating with Bechtel and major suppliers. You will report to the Head of New Plant I&C Delivery and base out of Cranberry Township or Warrendale, PA, overseeing a ~265-strong team across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large engineering and procurement projects.
• Experience managing large new plant or similar I&C projects with strong customer interface.
• Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, construction, operations and regulatory requirements.
• PM certification (PMP) or Westinghouse PM certification.
• Experience using SAP and Primavera P6.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10–30% minimum).
• Familiarity with AP1000 nuclear reactor technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Poland Units 1, 2, and 3 I&C scope, including safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk and contractual performance.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the I&C scope, including margin protection, cash flow management, cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead the complete I&C delivery lifecycle from design input capture and engineering through software development, procurement, manufacturing, testing, site installation, commissioning support and closeout.
• Prepare project cost expenditure forecasts and progress evaluations to support performance reporting and review expenditures for baseline conformance.
• Lead a geographically distributed organization of ~265 FTEs across multiple countries, with ongoing workforce planning and onboarding.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, ramp, and lead a large globally distributed I&C organization and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Ensure integration of Balance of Plant and Turbine Island systems into the I&C architecture.
• Serve as Westinghouse interface to the Polish utility for I&C matters and liaise with regulatory authorities on licensing and compliance.
• Communicate project and contract requirements to functional groups and manage changes through integrated change control.
