You will act as a HR Business Partner and Human Capital leader supporting investment professionals and business leadership across the Americas (US & Brazil). You will own the translation of global programs and initiatives into locally relevant, well-received programming for the U.S. (and broader Americas) employee population, while advising leaders and employees on the full employee lifecycle, immigration, and complex workforce matters. This is a front-facing, idea-generation role: you will conceive, design, and deliver the region's engagement and development programming, partners directly with business leaders, and mentor one junior team member who supports administrative execution across the portfolio. You will partner closely with business leaders, legal counsel, global HROD teams, mobility specialists, and learning teams to ensure effective people outcomes while supporting organizational growth and compliance.

Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results. Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $175,000 and $225,000. Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
