Job summary

Mariner seeks a senior VP of HR Technology Strategy & Operations to lead the HR technology roadmap and operations from Overland Park, KS. The role centers on making Oracle HCM Cloud the primary system of record for HR data and employee experience.

You will guide governance, data integrity, analytics, and integrations, partnering with executives to scale compliant HR processes and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 7+ years of senior-level leadership within HR operations, HR technology, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and ongoing operations as the primary system of record for HR and workforce data.
• Experience translation of business requirements into Oracle HCM configurations, business rules, and workflows.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide HR programs within complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Oversee Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure secure, scalable HR solutions.
• Establish governance and data stewardship for Oracle HCM Cloud and data lineage.
• Drive HR operations, payroll, benefits, onboarding and acquisitions support.
